We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

• Event organisers - Workshop registration information is shared with event coordinators to manage attendance

6. Push Notifications

We use push notifications to:

• Send important announcements about the convention
• Notify you about schedule changes
• Remind you about registered workshops

You can disable push notifications at any time through:

• App settings within the Foursquare GB Convention App
• Your device's system settings

7. Children's Privacy

The app is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as:

• Your account remains active
• Necessary to provide you with our services

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
