❓ How do I create an account?
Download the app, tap "Sign Up", and enter your email, name, and password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
❓ I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Sign In page, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link via email.
❓ How do I register for workshops?
Navigate to the Workshops tab, browse available workshops, and tap "Register" on any workshop you'd like to attend. You can view your registered workshops in your profile.
❓ How do I enable or disable notifications?
You can manage notifications in your device Settings → Foursquare GB → Notifications. Alternatively, you can disable them in the app's Settings tab.
❓ Where can I find the convention schedule?
The full programme is available in the Programme tab. You can view events by day and see detailed information about each session.
❓ How do I watch live streams?
Live streams are available on the Home tab during events. Tap the "Watch Live" button when a stream is active.
❓ How do I update my profile information?
Go to Settings → Profile, where you can update your name and email address.
❓ How do I delete my account?
Visit our Account Deletion Page or email us directly. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data.

🔔 Notifications Not Working?
If you're not receiving notifications:
- Check that notifications are enabled in device Settings
- Ensure the app has permission to send notifications
- Check that Do Not Disturb is not enabled
- Make sure you're signed in to your account
🎥 Live Stream Problems?
If the live stream isn't working:
- Check your internet connection (WiFi recommended)
- Ensure the stream is currently live
- Try closing and reopening the stream
- Refresh the app by pulling down on the Home tab
